The automatic dough sheeter can finish flour dusting, dough sheeting and winding automatically, and offer settable sheeting thickness of 0.8-60mm with a touch screen. There are 50 kinds of sheeting styles available. The dough sheeter machine can produce pastry products and process dough sheets of non-pastry products (such as: croissant, crispy cookie, Danish cake, moon cake, apple pie, roll bread) and can laminate doughs into multi-layer dough sheets.
