The semi-automatic dough sheeter can laminate doughs into multi-layer dough sheets, which produces pastry products and process dough sheets of non-pastry products (such as: croissant, crispy cookie, Danish cake, moon cake, apple pie, roll bread).
The bakery equipment can finish dough sheeting automatically, and offer settable sheeting thickness of 0.8-60mm with a touch screen. There are 50 kinds of sheeting styles available.
