This automatic croissant production line consists of a two-roll dough sheeter, a dough sheet cutter, a dough sheet aligner & depositor, a dual-layer diverging conveyor, a dual-lane croissant forming and rolling machine, a queuing conveyor, and an optional automatic tray arranging machine.
Finished croissants are automatically placed onto baking trays, reducing manual sorting and improving workflow continuity across processing stages.
