This automatic croissant production line consists of a two-roll dough sheeter, a dough sheet cutter, a dough sheet aligner & depositor, a dual-layer diverging conveyor, a dual-lane croissant forming and rolling machine, a queuing conveyor, and an optional automatic tray arranging machine.

Finished croissants are automatically placed onto baking trays, reducing manual sorting and improving workflow continuity across processing stages.

Configuration
  • Dough inlet: Dough sheets or rolls with a thickness of approximately 8–12mm
  • Hourly output (without tray arranging machine): 70g croissant: 6,000 pcs; 50g croissant: 7,500 pcs; 30g croissant: 9,000 pcs; yield rate: ≥98%
  • Hourly output (with automatic tray arranging): 70g croissant: 3,500 pcs; 50g croissant: 4,500 pcs; 30g croissant: 5,500 pcs; yield rate: ≥95%
  • Tray size: Square baking tray with positioning grooves (600×400mm)
