This automatic croissant production line integrates filling into the production process and consists of a three-roll dough sheeter, a dough sheet cutter, a dough sheet aligner & depositor, an in-line automatic filling machine, a left-right diverging conveyor, and two croissant forming and rolling machines. This croissant production line offers an optional fixed filling machine and features a steel-wire cutting device at the outlet to prevent stringing. Filling nozzle size and position can be adjusted by replacing the nozzle plate.
